Hailed as “a phenomenal entertainer” by Time Out Chicago, Smarty Pants takes balloons to a completely new level. Going far beyond simple dogs & swords, Smarty Pants creates astounding balloon sculptures, wearable balloon costumes and larger than life balloon art that has audience members exclaiming, “I never believed it was possible to do such things with balloons!”
